Howard specialises in corporate and commercial work for SMEs across a range of sectors. His forte is effective transaction management – a “no-nonsense” entrepreneurial approach to getting the deal done for the client. Howard also has particular interests in organisational governance, business ethics and strategic /change management and has acted as change adviser/facilitator in a number of cases.
From 1994 to 2012 he was, successively, Group Company Secretary (part-time) of two UK businesses listed on the London Stock Exchange and currently holds a similar position with a substantial privately owned group.
MBA with distinction; admitted a solicitor 1967 (youngest in the year); a partner at Michael Conn Goldsobel (and its predecessor firm, David Cohen & Goldsobel) from 1969 to date. Howard is a Foundation Governor of a voluntary aided primary school.
