Simon read history at Brasenose College Oxford and was admitted as a solicitor in 1983. He has been at MCG since the firm merged in 1997 to become the firm it is today. Simon specialises in all aspects of commercial property work and in particular property acquisition and landlord and tenant matters including the renewal of business leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Simon is also highly experienced in general commercial property management work. He acts for clients on corporate acquisitions both of company and business assets in a variety of sectors.
Outside the office Simon enjoys wine (past chairman and president of the Solicitors’ Wine Society and currently its secretary). Simon also plays bridge and is an avid follower of Chelsea Football Club.
